Psychotherapy and EMDR in Hove, Steyning and Online
Welcome to my website!
I am an experienced UKCP-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, and EMDR practitioner. I have a private psychotherapy practice in Hove, (Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays) and Steyning (Tuesdays).
I work with adult women, helping them to navigate through past trauma towards happiness, using IFS (Internal Family Systems)-informed EMDR, creative ideas and much more. I have a few spaces on Fridays and Thursday mornings in Hove and Tuesdays in Steyning.
Drawing on my previous 25-year career, as an HCPC-registered Music Psychotherapist, I also offer Clinical Supervision to Music Therapists/Psychotherapists. Do check out my Supervision page for more details.
