Welcome to my website!
I am an experienced UKCP-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, and EMDR practitioner. I have a private psychotherapy practice in Hove, East Sussex (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays) at the Wilbury Clinic and Somatic Therapies Centre.
I work with adult women, helping them to address past trauma in order to lead a happier lives - using IFS (Internal Family Systems)-informed EMDR, creative ideas and much more. Currently, I have some limited availability across those three days.
Drawing on my previous 25-year career as an HCPC-registered Music Psychotherapist, I also offer Clinical Supervision to Music Therapists/Music Psychotherapists. Do check out my Supervision page for more details.
