I am an experienced UKCP-accredited Psychotherapist, EMDR practitioner and HCPC-registered Music Psychotherapist with over 25 years’ experience.  I specialise in working with people wishing to address their challenging circumstances -  depression, anxiety or trauma, moving forward towards a happier future.  

I offer:

• Individual Integrative Relational Psychotherapy for adults over 18 years.
• Individual Music Imagery psychotherapy for adults and teenagers over 13 years.
• EMDR Psychotherapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
• Individual or Group Supervision for HCPC-registered Music Therapists or arts practitioners.
